Staying at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. The rooms were big and comfortable, with an elegant touch and complimentary water provided. Waking up to a hot drink while admiring the stunning view of Lake Brienz made my mornings fantastic. The cooler system in the room was a lifesaver during hot nights, and having a twin room with a balcony overlooking the lake was a dream come true. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful Lake Brienz, offering superb views and easy access to various attractions. The dining experience, although not perfect, provided delicious food, especially the fresh bread from the local baker. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

The dining experience was superb, offering a quality range of continental foods with the only minor letdown being the average European breakfast. Overall, a great value for money experience!
