Staying at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. The rooms were big and comfortable, with an elegant touch and complimentary water provided. The cooler system in the room was a lifesaver during hot nights, and having a twin room with a balcony overlooking the lake was a dream come true. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful Lake Brienz, offering superb views and easy access to various attractions. The dining experience, although not perfect, provided delicious food, especially the fresh bread from the local baker. The service was excellent, with friendly and caring staff who even went out of their way to suggest paying later via bank transfer to avoid delays. The location was idealic and quiet, perfect for exploring the Interlaken and Jungfrau region. The dining experience was superb, offering a quality range of continental foods with the only minor letdown being the average European breakfast. Overall, a great value for money experience!
